Have you ever wanted to learn how to make Ukrainian Easter Eggs? They are gorgeous, complicated and tell a story! They look intimidating, but with practice anyone can make gorgeous eggs.
In this class you will learn:
The history of Ukrainian Eggs.
How to use a Kistka to apply beeswax to eggs and use a batik style dye bath.
Sample patterns provided or invent your own!
How to blow out an egg,
All supplies provided, including the eggs.
We will have dye pre made for the class.
You will take home: your kistka, beeswax, design book, as well as 6 unused powder dyes for you to try out at home.
How it works!
Head on up to the loft, find a workspace.
Class will be 1-1.5 hours.
Please note our loft has 20 stairs and is not accessible. (We wish it was though).
Washroom is lower level.
Free parking right in front in the lot.
