Swedish cloths are 70% cellulose and 30% cotton. They are fully compostable.
Wet it, and it becomes a sponge cloth. Use it anyway you would use a paper towel. Wipe up spills, clean counters and walls, scrub dishes, etc.

Wash in the washing machine or the top rack of the dishwasher. Do not place in dryer.
